The pursuit of truth and love may just be for the birds. Mozart’s delightful fairy tale brings to life some of opera’s most effervescent characters and most exciting melodies. Prince Tamino is on a quest given to him by the Queen of the Night to rescue a princess in distress - or is she? Right and wrong are turned on their heads as Tamino discovers that everything is not always as it seems. Along with the delightfully quirky bird-catcher Papageno and Princess Pamina (who certainly does NOT need any rescuing), Tamino learns about the power of commitment and belief in the adventure of a lifetime.

Performed fully staged with orchestra with sung German and dialogue in German and English with English supertitles. Estimated length is 2 hours and 30 minutes with one intermission.
